time spent at home. this is what we do. i just talked to meg on the phone because i haven't seen her for nearly a week, even though they live three houses away. the house of geldhof has come down with the boogers, so the kids cannot play. this variable makes for a trifling long week.
sloane is saying ma and da, along with spoon, shoes, juice (also sounds like shoes), papa, hoss, and of course no no, and stop it. She has taken to plopping down on your lap and demanding to be read to. My grandma (who is 91) was here on friday night to play with sloane. she's not as spry as she used to be but she is doing well. she made a comment that i should have had sloane the year that we got married so that she could have taken care of her. I told her that eight years ago, i couldn't have taken care of her. it was a nice thought though.
kenny and I are thinking of taking her to the children's museum again today. we will take pictures this time.
